Performing regular maintenance on Appliances, etc; AC, fumigation, updating modems, installing electronic keypad locks, etc.
Replenishing all disposables; Paper towels, toilet paper, quality body wash, shampoo,hand soap, cleaning supplies, dishwasher soap, laundry detergent, batteries, lightbulbs, water for guests, trash bags, etc.
Arranging maids and inspecting after every cleaning and/or checkout to ensure nothing has been damaged or stolen, lightbulbs are not out, electricity is on, TV and Internet are working, remotes are working on all A/C units, pool is working, etc • Every 6 month "deep clean” service.
Management of any construction or upgrades including small projects.
Checking the Villa at least once a week when not rented and go through the entire house, water plants, start vehicles, run the faucets, etc.

Initial setup of Condo or Villa; picking up furniture, accepting furniture deliveries, directly managing outsourced workers and helpers.
